Instructors

Classes at the Longmont branch of Aikido Shugenkai are taught by Paula Lydon, Steven Ouellette, and Ben Sargent. Paula holds a Menkyo Kaiden (master teacher). Steve and Ben hold a Menkyo Chuden (teacher) teaching license.

We are based in Longmont, Colorado and we serve the communities of Longmont, Niwot, Erie, Firestone, Berthoud, Boulder, Loveland, and surrounding areas.

You do not need to pre-register. Show up five minutes early, dressed in a dogi or t-shirt and sweats and we will get you started! Bring your COVID vaccination card to your first class.
